Article 1: General determinations

Article 7: Right of withdrawal

The provisions of this article only apply to Customers who purchase articles online at Osiris Shop 357 in their capacity as consumers.
If the right of withdrawal applies:
The Client has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without giving reasons.

If the Customer cancels the agreement, Osiris Shop 357 will refund all payments received up to that time from the Customer, including the standard delivery costs, to the Customer within a maximum of 14 calendar days after Osiris Shop 357 has been informed of the Customer's decision to revoke the agreement. Article 8: Warranty
